Billing
Open the Stripe portal from your workspace. Contact support if access does not match your subscription.
Privacy or security
Use the same support address and put “Privacy request” or “Security report” in the subject.
Core workflow checks
Setup and forms
Check that your business profile is complete and at least one feedback form is active.
Feedback matching
Open a feedback record and link it to the correct active customer and completed job.
Service issues
Assign the issue, set a follow-up date, record the outcome, and resolve it before preparing outreach.
Review drafts
Drafts are copy-to-send only. Eligibility is rating-neutral and checked again before copying.
Testimonials
Issue a permission link and wait for explicit approval of the wording, display name, and allowed uses.
Imports and exports
Preview CSV imports before committing them. Workspace exports and privacy requests are available in settings.
Billing
Use the Stripe billing portal from Settings. Do not email card or bank details.
Account access
Use password recovery from the login page. Never send passwords or reset links to support.
