These terms govern access to FeedbackPilot. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to the version shown below.

The service
FeedbackPilot helps local service businesses collect private feedback, prepare owner-reviewed request drafts, log public reviews, manage testimonial permission, and track service improvements. FeedbackPilot does not send customer messages or post public content on a user's behalf.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service.
Customer data
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to add and use customer information. You must keep records accurate, respect opt-outs, and respond to privacy or deletion requests relating to data you control. Do not upload information that is unnecessary for the service.
Responsible review management
You must not use FeedbackPilot for fake reviews, review gating, incentives, coercion, misleading requests, or selective invitations based on whether feedback is positive. Public review opportunities must remain neutral. You remain responsible for complying with each review platform's rules.
Testimonial permission
You must obtain and retain appropriate permission before publishing customer words as a testimonial. A customer may limit or withdraw permission, and you are responsible for stopping or removing uses that are no longer permitted.
Subscriptions and trials
Prices, trial terms, billing intervals, and included limits are shown before checkout. Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe. Unless required otherwise by law, access continues for the paid period and cancellation prevents the next renewal.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another workspace, interfere with security or availability, upload malicious content, or use customer data for harassment, discrimination, deception, or unsolicited messaging.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep FeedbackPilot reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. We may make reasonable changes to protect the service, comply with law, or improve functionality. Material changes that affect paid use will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address security risks, non-payment, unlawful use, or serious breaches of these terms. You may cancel billing through the customer portal and request account deletion through support.
Liability
FeedbackPilot supports record-keeping and manual decisions. It does not guarantee review volume, rankings, revenue, customer retention, or regulatory compliance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
